Tyler did a great job for us Saturday evening using a special piece of equipment that clean a clogged drain in minutes. Without this we couldn’t use our kitchen sink without overflowing the sink in our finished basement. They do not charge extra for weekend work. First time using Maeser and our technician Aaron was terrific!! They got us on schedule same day within a couple of hours, with it being winter and a house full of babies, this was very important to us. Aaron was very professional and found our issue almost immediately. He was very detailed when explaining the problem and even showed me while he was fixing the issue!! He was very honest and answered any and all questions we had. He was even able to speak to my husband once he got home, taking the time to go back over everything he did. This plumbing company is AMAZING. Cole was my technician, and he was friendly and professional. Additionally, he charged me substantially less than was originally quoted, because the job wasn't as involved as they initially thought. This company could've easily charged more and I never would've known. Also, I had an issue after they left (and it had nothing to do with anything they did) and they came back immediately to help.
