We have used other companies to service the HVAC but did not find the quality service we have received from Bryant. Using Bryant to service the HVAC over the years we have received good service. Today Stanley V. provided excellent service on our HVAC. Stanley preformed checks on the HVAC that no other technician had in the past. He provided explanation on the checks as he completed them. Big shout out to service manager Shawn , service tech Jeff and installer Miguel. I put in... Big shout out to service manager Shawn , service tech Jeff and installer Miguel. I put in a new Infinity hvac in Nov 2024. A couple of weeks ago our heat went out. Bryant sent people out 6 straight days trying to resolve the problem. Shawn the service manager came out on day 5 and 6. They replaced the motor , mother boards , sensors ,etc. System still would not heat. Shawn advised on the 6 th day he felt the problem was even though the unit was only a year old , the parts he was using were new parts and not communicating with the system. Shawn went the extra steps and contacted Carrier. After they discussed the situation they agreed to replace the total unit , inside and out. Zero out of pocket for me !! I have NO doubt I'd I had saved a few bucks and used a less reputable service I would still be asking for help. I have experienced this before, as I am sure many have.
