My dog just wrapped up her first day of daycare at Jackson’s Place and had a blast! The staff was super friendly and you can tell they really care about the dogs. I was able to check in on her via live cameras all day, which was comforting and fun to see. They also sent more than 20 photos of her after the visit and a couple of super cute videos. She even got to swim! Everything was very clean and professional.

I’ve been taking my dog to Jackson’s Place for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly been such a positive experience. What really stands out to me is how excited he gets when we arrive. Seeing him so happy to go in gives me a lot of peace of mind! We live nearby in Midtown, so being able to walk him there before work is incredibly convenient. I also really appreciate the cameras, since I can check on him during the day and see him playing or relaxing. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and it’s clear they know the dogs well. He’s made friends, stays active, and usually comes home pleasantly tired. The daily report cards are also wonderful! They’re thoughtful, fun to read, and always include sweet photos. I started bringing my puppy to Jackson's place back in October because I was looking for a place to board my dog when I had to leave for a work trip, and my trainer recommended them (first green flag). As a puppy, he was shy and timid (first photo). Yet over the course of the past four months, taking him once a week, and having boarded him for a few days, it is almost like I have a new dog (see the other three photos). He's so much more confident, and excited to play with other dogs (second green flag). That's a testament to how much fun he has with his furry friends. But it is also a profound reflection of the staff, and the deep amount of care that they put into watching over the dogs at the facility. Plus, the regularly send videos and photos of your dog with a report card at the end of the day (photos posted are courtesy of them, and are pretty great quality).
