We've been using MaidPro for about four month now. With three small children and both my husband and I working full time jobs, we had been struggling to keep the house clean. I searched for several weeks and did a lot of research before choosing MaidPro. Most of my interactions with management have been with Amanda and Jessica. Both of these ladies provide superb customer service. They are reachable both through phone and via email, which I really appreciate and they are both very responsive (usually respond in a few hours). Overall, the cleaning is great. I am home when the cleaner is present and they have all been very friendly and willing to listen to any special request I might have. Alyssa cleaned for us today and she was fabulous and did a really thorough job. I agree with a previous reviewer that the only downfall is that you don't get a consistent Pro each cleaning. I have had mixed experiences, but this last cleaning I was not prepared at all (totally forgot - didn't clean up or put anything away) and the two pros moved some things, did a great job of cleaning around things, and honestly went above and beyond.
