I called for a quote to clean my 8x10 area rug and I received next day service for a great price. Salem was the tech they sent out and he was very informative of the process and what to expect. He also communicated with me in regard to an area of my rug cleaning that needed a tad bit more love due to foot traffic. Not only does my area rug look like new again but it also smells lovely in my home. My rug was mostly dry at the time of Salem finishing the job but completely dry within 4-5 hours. I first hired them after i bought a house. I wanted a move in clean and they did an excellent job. Fast forward to yesterday. I needed them ASAP and they were able to accommodate an emergency cleaning situation in my home. Answered the phone on the first ring. It was close to closing time and they were able to send someone out immediately. They were beyond helpful and the person they sent out was also a handyman and assessed the situation, told me what was needed, picked up my order from Lowe’s this morning and began the work.
