I had a great experience here in the beginning, which is why I became a member. However, over time, the level of customer service noticeably declined.During my most recent visit, I was left in the treatment room with numbing cream on for over an hour without anyone checking on me. When I eventually stepped out, I found the laser technician chatting at the front desk. That felt extremely unprofessional and dismissive.As a paying member and frequent client, I expected better communication and attentiveness. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others.

I'm absolutely obsessed with HL Medspa! I've been going there for months now, and I can't say enough good things about the staff and services. From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted with warm smiles and a calming atmosphere. The aestheticians are super knowledgeable and always take the time to explain what they're doing, which makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I've tried their laser treatments, facials, and so much more, and every single experience has been top-notch. The facilities are also stunning - modern, clean, and so Instagrammable.
