This place is great, and the 5 stars are for Marie specifically. From the moment I called with a question, she was patient, knowledgable, and kind. When I went in to inquire further, she took time to make sure I understood everything and didn't place any pressure on purchasing. She also interacted with other customers while I was there and had a great rapport with them, as well.

Fire.I filled out the forum on the website and Alice got back to me the next day. She scheduled for me to come in the same day to talk about my tattoo and did a little research based on our initial convo before I got to the shop. She spent the next day working on my tattoo, tweaking, and even the day of continuing to tweak and incorporate my ideas AND make sure it looked amazing. Alice also made sure to be clear about my budget and worked on the details with me to stay within my budget and what was reasonable.Set up was thorough, she’s happy to make small talk or not talk.
