We could not recommend Brella Hollywood enough! They treat our baby with absolute care and have developed a great curriculum even for the smallest of age groups. Also, incredible communication from the staff for all things taking place in, and around the center! They really give our baby, and family a personal touch which was such a strong factor in choosing child care.

Brella has been amazing for our family! Finding part-time care is so hard and having the flexibility that they offer to book and cancel as needed is truly unbelievable! Thank you for your care and dedication. The only down side is that you may or may not have a spot when you need one, unless you join one of their programs. Communication is great also! I hope they keep growing throughout LA.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. We sent our 4 month old to Brella and loved it! The place is safe and clean and adorable. The teachers are amazing and it was great. Things took a turn when we informed Brella that we were moving out of state. We had $1,000 of credit booked that they refused to refund us. We read their handbook carefully and they said in their own words that a refund would be offered in our exact situation. Clearly we intended to use our credits but due to financial and stressful circumstances, we were moving back to the east coast. After months of going back and forth, explaining how this money would really help us, they simply wished us well on our move. My only caution is to be sure before you book out for weeks. Super disappointing ending to our time there but 10/10 otherwise.

My daughter started day care at Brella when she was 3 months old. Finding a daycare that I know she’s safe and well taken care of has been a huge such a blessing. I love getting updates about her day through the app and all of her teachers and the admin staff are amazing (we love Ryan, Jewel, & Kenia)! We plan on staying with Brella until she is ready for kinder and I know that will be a sad day when that finally arrives.
