I had a fantastic experience at Hello! The mechanic, Sam, did an amazing job on my bike, professional, thorough, and quick. The service here is excellent, and the staff really care about getting you back on the road safely. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality bike service! 🚲

Sam is the friendliest, calmest bicycle mechanic you could ever hope to meet. He always has time to discuss issues and how to resolve them. On a number of occasions, he has saved me from problems I've created myself. Oh, and there's a lovely adjoining cafe too!

We went in to inflate our dog trailer tires. The staff offered us the community air pump and helped with telling us the tire pressure. Collin saw we were struggling with connecting the hose to the tire, came over and connected it for us. We've had repairs done here before. These guys know what they are doing, offer service at a very fair price and give the impression, by the way they treat their customers, of loving their work. Great place!
