Working with Jonathan Stone was an absolute pleasure! He was incredibly knowledgeable and went above a beyond for my wife and I. This was our biggest purchase of our lives and Jonathan made it easier and a lot less stressful than It could’ve been. We have had the best experience with HD homes! Our home is made very well, first of all! They do beautiful work and exhibit great attention to detail. The part that has blown us away though is the way they go above and beyond with their customer service and attention to the home even after we moved in to make sure everything is perfect. We have worked with Joe Hampton throughout our experience and he has been so helpful! We have not had any major issues with the home whatsoever but he has helped with little things like installing screens for us, fixing a minor cosmetic detail with one of the floor panels (which I didn't even notice but he identified @ final walk thru and made sure it was fixed right away). He also follows up to make sure everything gets addressed in a timely manner. They are a fabulous company!!!
