We were initially referred to Alex & HC for by our venue for halal & South Asian cuisine, but Alex & the chefs, worked with us to create absolute magic. He custom tailored a menu that tied our cultural heritage to the cities we grew up in, beautifully marrying 4-5 different cuisines into the most succulent fusion dishes! Also have to note, I don't what they did, but they found rather uncommonly available cuts of halal meat... a number of guests mentioned that they had never tasted such cuts (like halal picanha!) until our event. Their presentation was immaculate and service was phenomenal. The team from the chef to the servers worked tirelessly to make sure our events were amazing. Would 1001% recommend them, exceptional food, presentation, service... but also, working with their team through the process was so much fun!
