Just bought a week pass while visiting family here in Kentucky. MPower6 has great up to date arsenal strength equipment, very clean facility, the atmosphere is ideal. Started going to this gym as soon as it opened in January and fell in love with it. I had been going to planet fitness in Middletown before and was looking for more of a private gym. Everyone there is always so welcoming which is a nice gesture when you have anxiety in the gym. The saunas were great for cold days to warm up before your workout. And the smoothie bar is out of this world! Fresh ingredients and never disappoint. I was super sad to have to cancel this membership due to moving out of state. Read more

Amazing gym. Lots of great equipment and a body building type vibe in there. Was in town for work trip and called here to see about personal training sessions for the remainder of my trip. They were SUPER friendly & helpful over the phone. Savannah was my trainer for all three sessions. Can’t recommend her enough. I did the semi-private personal training sessions as well as attended the gym for a couple of months and it was a great change of pace from typical body-building workouts. Sessions were geared towards both functional training and strength. Brendan was fantastic and structured workouts and exercises around weak points in my body to balance body asymmetry. Sessions were intense enough to reconsider my breakfast choices, but not too intense to risk injury. The 3D body scan was cool too to see detailed anatomy and body composition to track progress. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants more performance-based training rather than body-building workouts. Read more

I trained with Chelsea for about a year and three months, and she helped me reach the strongest point in my life. I was lifting the heaviest weights I’ve ever used. She is very responsible, gives great diet advice, and always made sure to adjust exercises when I hurt my wrist so I could keep training safely. She also took the time to listen to even my small everyday stories, which made every session enjoyable. I recently moved out of town, but if I had stayed, I would have definitely continued training with her. The gym itself is also great. Everyone there was welcoming and supportive. Bathrooms are awesome womens has 2 super large, big upgraded showers, 2 walls or mirrors 1 with sinks others with vanity area.
