I love it - it’s really giving “Fitness Boutique” as advertised.The trainers are friendly, welcoming, exceptionally knowledgeable and supportive. The facility itself is aesthetically pleasing, clean and spacious.Last but not least prices are affordable!Definitely 1000/10 overall experience/vibe!It was a no brainer for me to purchase the “Founding 55 Membership” (a lifetime flat rate: $150 a month UNLIMITED sessions)I’m beyond grateful this place exists and to be apart of this fitness community. Thank you GTF!!

This location has a variety of classes tailored to all walks of life. It is beautifully decorated. Even the ceilings (lol). I spent a great deal of time on the floor catching my breath. I took Grove Circuit (boot camp, stations, strength and lifting) with Jabari. It was a challenging class for me as I hadn't been in a gym class or any thing of the sort in years. I made it thru though! Everyone in the class were very supportive and helpful. It was worth it! I'm sore but very proud of myself! Thanks for seeing me Jabari! I appreciate you!

It was my first time coming to this studio and I did a yoga class with Six & She was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend this place. Do not hesitate to come here. She was very gentle yet firm, reassuring, And overall, a phenomenal teacher. The studio is much bigger than it seems from the outside as well
