They were very easy to work with. Their estimate was in line with other companies and a little bit less. Returned messages in a timely manner. Both the estimator and John who came to do the work were very pleasant and answered any questions I had. John did a great job. Made sure I was happy with what he did before he left. The office was wonderful to coordinate the job. I would definitely use them for any future work I might have.

Greenawalt made the process of roof and siding repair easy from start to finish. They kept me informed as to when they would be here for various phases of the project. Dumpsters arrived as scheduled and more importantly picked up and removed as soon as the various phases of work were completed. The majority of the work was completed within a month. Just had to wait on shutters to be received and installed. The teams showed up timely and worked as long as there was daylight. I had purchased some outdoor garage, porch and wall lights. They graciously took the old ones down and installed the new ones which I very much appreciated.

From beginning to end this was a fantastic experience. I was glad that I applied for financing at the home and garden show to get an upgrade to the Landmark PRO shingles which are to last 50 years. The roofers were very hard working. They were up and down the ladder from dusk to dawn. They found issues with the original roof which wouldn’t have been to code and I received a phone call from Olivia about the issue and an estimate on how much a second roof tear off and plywood would be. I also received photos from the roofers which were sent to me by Olivia of the poor condition of the original 1930’s roof. Once the work was done. The roofers cleaned up the front and rear of the home. I didn’t see any trash or debris on the ground. I was only surprised by the cost of York City permits and the cost of a dumpster to be place on the street. It was great knowing a trusted company was supporting me throughout this process.
