Great Buffalo is awesome. Last year I had a rip in my leather car seats and they replaced the upholstery. It looks identical to the rest- they did an amazing job. Originally quoted me $350 (total cost including materials & labor) but at the end Dina said $300 is fine. I gave her $350 anyway as a tip for the stellar service & quality. They do all kinds of furniture, boat interiors, etc.Many negative reviews talking about customer service-- keep in mind this place is an old-school, family-owned shop. When you go in you see them working and there's tools & furniture & fabric everywhere, but the skill & craftsmanship is absolutely top notch. Picture your old neighborhood shoe repair place or tailor that has been around for 80+ years- that's what this place is like.5 stars, will 100% recommend and use in the future.
