I have been taking my dog here for care for years and love it. My last visit was particularly great- Dr. Oakes and Alissa the RVT did a wonderful job of vaccinating my squirmy diva of a dog who HATES going to the vet. They were super flexible in creating a treatment plan that worked and didn't make me feel inconvenient to them when my dog was not cooperating. I really appreciate them taking the time to walk me through treatment options while not judging me when I had questions about pricing. I know my dog is getting great care when he comes here! I know it can be really tough to work in vet medicine, and I am so thankful for Dr. Oakes and Alissa!

Words can’t describe how grateful I am for the staff at Goodheart. My fur baby had mass removal surgery today, and Dr.Spring along with vet techs, Matt and Vanessa, were incredible. Genuinely felt that they cared about my dog’s comfort and care as much as I did. They have been extremely accommodating and very patient throughout the entire surgical process, allowing us to be with him for as much time as possible in the time he was held for recovery.
