Goodheart is a fantastic place, the quality of care is better than almost any other place i've been. I always feel safe leaving my cats with them, and everything is always explained thoroughly. All of the staff were happy to answer my questions and were knowledgeable themselves.The only negative is the cost, which can get expensive. Vet care isn't cheap in general, and I don't think the rates are crazy, but combined with the need to pay when services are rendered it makes it hard to budget for.

I absolutely LOVE Goodheart for all my pet’s needs. As an Emergency Veterinarian, finding a primary care veterinarian who I know and trust can be difficult but I can confidently say that I have happily put all of my faith and trust into the doctors, nurses and receptionist (the entire staff really) at Goodheart when it comes to taking care of my pets. Their medicine is excellent and the environment is very transparent, clean and welcoming. From wellness visits to surgical procedures, they have always done a wonderful job of keeping me in the loop every step of the way and in helping me to make sound medical decisions. Dr. Liss is our primary doctor and I cannot recommend him enough! But I have also loved every doctor that I have had the pleasure of interacting with! 100000/10 recommend Goodheart as your next primary care veterinarian!

We have been coming to Goodheart and working with Dr. Beth Spencer for our mini dachshund, Walter, who has struggled with severe reactivity, aggression, and separation anxiety. We came to Dr. Spencer at a time when we genuinely weren't sure if we were equipped to handle the level of care Walter needs to truly thrive.From the very beginning, Dr. Spencer has been absolutely incredible. She has made us feel not only heard, but deeply cared for and supported throughout this entire journey. She approaches Walter's situation with so much sensitivity, compassion, and expertise. With her guidance and help navigating medications, Walter is doing the best he possibly can- and we truly don't know what we would do without her.I highly, highly recommend Dr. Beth Spencer and sincerely hope to continue working with her for the rest of Walter's life.
