I was very apprehensive finding this site accidentally. I booked the night before and they removed my treadmill the very next day. My only complaint is their communication was lacking. My husband missed the phone calls this afternoon, he tried to return to the message with no luck, then suddenly they were at house. Everything worked out and they were friendly and helpful.
