Gold Key Roofing it’s amazing . Like many homeowners I got a letter from my insurance requiring a new roof . The roof still had years of life in it , according to the inspectors but due to the age was : Replace it in 5 weeks or else…! I contacted them and the same day I got the inspection and an aproximate price ( multiple layer removal require more work , plus the eventual replacement of more than 3 plywood sheets . The 3 were free ) They took care of everything , Permit , materials , work , cleaning , waste removal . Everything was done in less than 2 days . First day laid tarp around the property , stripped the old shingles and replaced the rotten plywood . That was done by noon .Same day materials were delivered and next day they installed the shingles . Again by noon everything was done . They used a sort of magnet to find eventual nails in the yard . Wish Google had more stars to give Gold Key Roofing. When my house had hail damage, I was not looking forward to dealing with replacing my roof. I have read about roofing companies who take advantage of homeowners, especially senior citizens. A neighbor recommended Gold Key and I am beyond appreciative that they did. From the first meeting with Shawn, I knew I was in good hands. He quoted a good price and showed me the process they use to ensure a quality roof. He orchestrated the entire process from beginning to end. Shawn was always available for questions and always kept me in the loop of what was happening. When you call his number, you get him, not a recording. My insurance was not forthright in payment and he had to deal with several adjusters fighting for the best settlement for me. The quality of material is of the highest grade with added quality underlying material. His construction crew was incredible. They worked nonstop and did an awesome job cleaning up after themselves

I recommend Gold Key Roofing after they reroofed my house. They were able to provide solutions to my needs, such as improving the pitch on an almost-flat section of the roof to improve rain runoff, that other roofers didn’t offer or even suggest. Ashley (sales/project management) and Joe (quality control) were great to work with. They addressed any concerns that I had and Joe went the extra mile (or steps up the ladder, as the case would be) to ensure that I was satisfied with the completed work. Just finished up our roof replacement with Gold Key roofing. We went with Gold Key as they were the lowest price of the three bids we were given. They were very professional in the roof installation, documenting with photos any existing damage, and the repairs that were provided. Included in the price was an inspection and wind mitigation report by Tier-1, which was extremely helpful in providing our insurance company for a rate reduction. The project was completed in one day, and they did a great job. Working with Adam, Joe, Kerri and Jenn in the office was a delight, as well as the crew that did the installation. Overall, I don’t think I could have had a better experience. I would heartily recommend Gold Key to anyone who is looking for a re-roofing or a roof repair company. Everything was perfect, couldn’t ask for a better job or better company. I give them 7 stars, but only 5 provided here.

I did a remodel of my kitchen and wanted to add a hood vent. I had Gold Key out to provide me with an estimate. They were able to get me on schedule very fast. The crew showed up on time and kept me up to date as they installed the ventilation. The crew also cleaned up and were very friendly. I highly recommend Gold Key for any roofing issues.

They originally reroofed my house which turned to be excellent the a few years later I required my gables to be replaced. They came in and two days later work was completed and no trash was left behind when they left. Everyone from the office staff and workers were a pleasure to work with. No hassles no complaints. We were drawn to Gold key from their advertisements on Spectrum News 13 so when it was time to replace our 19 year old roof. I did reach out to other companies as well but at the end we went with Gold Key. Tyler responded to my request for estimate, he came over and explained the process and values of Gold Key and even told me of his experience of doing the labor when he started and that was refreshing to know that he was not just there to talk the talk but he also has done the hard work. He went to the roof and thanked us for calling Gold Key. He got back to us a couple days alter with an estimate and I let him know I was still meeting with other roofers but will get back. We have just replaced our roof it was 16 years old. The best thing I like about Gold Key Roofing is that the sale representative Eric was not pushy and did not insist that our roof needs replacing. He highlighted some issues and how it was aging but nothing was major. This gave me and my wife confidence in Gold Key Roofing. The process took a little longer than we thought but that may have been due to permits etc. The installers were on time everyday and very respectful of our property. The cleaned the areas and left no debris after the roof was complete. Eric came to the house to inspect the work and ensure there were no issues and to go over our warranty etc. We also had insulation and a solar vent installed. He also gave me the contact for a wind mitigation report that Gold Key Roofing will cover that cost. Also gave me all the necessary receipts etc to work with insurance companies etc to help reduce our rates. A very good company to work with

I had an excellent experience with Gold Key Roofing and can’t recommend them enough. My parents had to replace the roof strictly for insurance reasons—the roof itself was still in good condition—but we received a letter stating that since it had just hit 20 years, it needed a new roof by December 29th, 2025 in order to keep the insurance. If we didn’t replace it, we would be dropped, so we had a tight deadline. I called around to several companies, and Gold Key Roofing was not only affordable, but also the quickest to get the process started. I believe I spoke with Tyler, who honestly went above and beyond. He came out to our house the same day, about two hours after his shift had already ended, to inspect the roof and talk to us. That alone said a lot about their work ethic and customer service. Tyler gave us a very fair and honest quote, and in the end the final cost was only about $500 more—no hidden fees, no surprises, and no last-minute add-ons. The quote was essentially spot on
