We recently used Goldenline for some home sale prep. The task wasn’t a small one. From the get go, there were many ways to approach our issues. What I appreciate most about Eldan and Goldenline, is that I could trust their judgement. We don’t have an unlimited budget, but we needed important work done and we wanted it done by the best. That’s Goldenline. I only wish we’d used this company many years ago for other projects. They will talk you OUT of spending more money than necessary, but doing the work that’s needed. I am so happy with Goldenline Construction!!! I have wanted a new kitchen for about 40 years. Finally we were ready, we talked with several contractors and decided on Goldenline. I wanted a happy, different, special kitchen. Most contractors were locked into a certain way of doing the kitchen. Eldan listened to what I wanted. Goldenline review I’m one of those customers who expects a level of perfection that’s almost unreasonable - and I told Eldan that before he quoted on our job. I told him and every other contractor who bid on the job. The thing that stood out about Goldenline though was Eldan. He talked a big talk but something felt genuine about him. He also seemed to be more passionate about his clients smiles than about the money he’d make or the promises of a specific timeline. (In fact he never truly gave us a timeline and stuck to the promise that it will take as long as it takes.) That’s not something you want to hear but let me tell you- it’s what every contractor is thinking unless they’re going to rush your job and you in the process. If you want a fast turnaround and don’t want to be involved - he can do that- most contractors can at about the same rate and probably use a lot of the same teams of sub trades. But not every contractor is going to care about you being thrilled with your end pro
