These guys are great! I had a difficult corner shower that I tiled myself. The walls were not straight or level. I'm ashamed to say this situation made me a very difficult customer. There was one area that was out an1/8th of inch, a small measure by most standard. I called them back a week later and I was happily surprised they were willing to replace a section of glass at no charge to me. I don't know if they made any money, but they made a happy customer. We have a slopping ceiling over the shower we needed to install a door under, so we knew we would need a custom job. Long story short, we got 3 quotes: Louisville Glass Experts were the most cumbersome to initiate quotes and communications with ( we eventually just went into their showroom). Once we got talking to them in person, they provided the most explanation, and customization based on our situation. Tied to that, we ended up liking the shower door they proposed more than the others, and it ended up being the least expensive quote. After ordering an antique Italian mirror, it arrived completely shattered. The frame was too expensive to throw out, so I obtained an estimate from Louisville Glass Experts and was very happy with the final product. Other mirror shops had told me it was impossible to cut the new mirror in the geometric shape, but they were able to do it! The staff was helpful and friendly. I was very pleased with the price, it was about 25% less than the competition. I got a call to pick it up about 4 working days later. When painting, I became aware that my large mirror over the fireplace had become unsecured from the wall. Contacted Louisville Glass Experts and they were on it. Representatives came this morning and were nothing but exceptional. Courteous, professional and on task. They were able to remove the mirror, complete necessary adhesive tasks and rehang the mirror quickly. What they didn’t realize was the mirror had been a birthday gift for my recently departed wife 20 plus years ago; the sentimentality certainly worth far more than the mirror.
