I had a fruit fly problems at my apartment and I could not deal with them by myself. I found this company online and booked the reservation. Their response is so quick. The staff will come to your apartment twice. The first time they do inspections and sprays. The second time (after 2 weeks), they double check and put some additional stuff in your apartment to make sure nothing happens again. The staff are professional and provide great service. I'll start by saying the mice are gone! We hired Get'm Pest Control on 2 occassions, a mice infestation and a few months later, rats. We tried all sorts of things to try ridding them ourselves. I even invested in a camera system to see where the mice were coming from. Zero luck. I then went to Google. Santiago showed up at the time as promised. He was kind, knowledgeable and went to work right away looking for possible entry points. I must say, the first try wasn't successful but Santiago came back 2 more times with his one inclusive price and a smile on his face. I am happy to report he eliminated our mice problem, and the rats too! I highly highly recommend Get'm and Santiago. Mr. Santiago’s team visited my home three times during a period of two months to inspect my home for Bed Bugs. They explained clearly to me how to protect my home from these bugs. During the three periods of extermination, they sprayed my apartment completely. Their fee for two sprays was reasonable for four hundred dollars. The extra spray was only seventy dollars. If you are freaking out right now like I was, you are looking for someone willing to look at every possible hole, fix the situation, and put a plan of action to work.
