In addition to his expertise in architecture and historic restoration, and his firm's sterling reputation, Mr. Ranalli applied has limitless creativity, and saw to the schedule and budget. I appreciated the aesthetic and practical guidance as much as the diligent follow through. Overall the dreaded major renovation was an absolute pleasure.

He and his team surpassed all high expectations. First, he saved us approval time with the coop board, by being creative and authoritative on the most cost-efficient way to get the work done. Second, when the contractor we'd found was nonresponsive, George found us a wonderful construction company that was fair and did excellent work.
