Fast, friendly and competitively priced. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Immediately after I left I noticed the touch sign in on my phone wasn't working. Brought it back and they fixed it in just a few minutes with no problem and no attitude. They weren't the cheapest, but dealing with pleasant, friendly people is worth a few extra bucks.

I broke the charging port on my old HTC One X and Genius Lab said they would be able to repair it for a reasonable price. Because it was an older phone, the part was not plentiful and had to be shipped from an east coast vendor which took about 4 days. Once they got the part, the phone would charge but then the On/Off button wasn't working, so the technician John (I think that's his name!) replaced that part free of cost and the phone still wouldn't turn on. By this time they had my phone for maybe 10 days (I bought a temporary one as a possible replacement) and they knew me when I called as "the HTC girl". They were always as helpful as possible giving me information about the status of my phone and when I could expect it to be finished. In the end it was not reparable. I went in to pick it up and John told me the sad details and said the owner said not to charge me for the two parts they purchased to fix my phone. After many disappointments in the past with repairing my MacBook Pro, I thought I would give Genius Lab an opportunity with fixing my laptop. They have in the past repaired my iPhone and iPad at a great price, so I decided to give them a call in regards to my MacBook slowing down and being laggy all the time. The representative that answered the phone immediately told me what the problem may be, literally explained every process they can take to fix my problem. I immediately got the sense that they truly wanted to fix my problem and weren't just trying to take my money and run. Turns out that even tho other places told me that I had to swap out my hard drive, and do a lot of other services that would rack up my tab, Genius Lab tested my hard drive, and realized that my HD did not need to be replaced, and just needed to be serviced. The young man at the front and the man fixing the phone had great customer service! the screen on my iPhone and the lcd was fixed in under 30 minutes for a great price!(about 2 months ago) and they threw in a free screen protector! I broke my phone again so ill be back in the next couple days lol!

Genius is an understatement. The Genius Lab replaced the cracked screen on my iPhone 7 Plus in one hour for the same price my carrier Sprint was going to charge. But Sprint wanted me to back up the entire contents of my phone before bringing it in, because when they got it, they were going to wipe it completely clean of everything. Then they were going to send it to Apple to replace the screen because they were not authorized to fix it at their Repair Center. 5 to 7 days later, Apple would send my fixed phone back to Sprint, and then I would have to make another trip to go pick it. Sprint would give me a loaner to use for the time they had my phone, but the first Sprint repair center I called was out of loaner phones. What a hassle with Sprint from beginning to end (and I pay for Insurance on the phone!) I highly recommend the Genius Lab...it will make you feel like a Genius for choosing them.

I'm so happy I found this place! After about a week of having a broken unusable iPhone, I decided to pay the Genius Lab a visit today to see how long it would take to send it in, or if it could even be used again. Nick was very polite and helpful and told me he could repair it in fifteen minutes, but honestly it felt like 5! I was even offered a free phone case (I went for the Star Wars one, of course.) to quickly protect it from breaking again. I highly recommend this business! Thanks, Nick.

It was a hectic day at work and I had to get my iPad screen fixed before my meeting so I could use it for the PowerPoint presentation, I called apple and they said whiteout a reservation I would have to wait until they had a opening (2-4 hours) if I was lucky.. so I searched and finally came here to have it done on under 15 minutes. I am very happy with the customer service here and it was easy finding parking (for once in Hollywood), it was way more easier then going to the mall. Here I actually felt comfortable with leaving my apple products since they tend to scratch easily, I was very pleased with the level of care they used to remove my keyboard case as well. My iPad felt just as it did brand new. Thank you guys for taking care of me!

Called in to genius lab and got a quick quote for my iPhone 6 repair. My screen was badly cracked and they told me over the phone I could walk right in without an appointment and have my phone fixed in about 20 minutes. Let me tell you, I was in and out in about 15 minutes with my phone looking new again. Nick was really helpful and helped me pick out a great case to protect my phone too. Cool waiting room with comfortable leather couches and easy parking right up front. Definitely recommending my friends to this spot.
