We originally came across Elyod Construction when we were trying to determine how to cool down our house in summer. The HVAC guys we were dealing with were crooks trying to up sell us on an outrageously expensive AC system that probably would not solve our problem. I stumbled upon Elyod when searching for attic insulation (our attic is 130 degrees in the afternoon sun). I can’t speak highly enough about these guys. Any time we tried to contact them we got answers almost immediately. They were constantly checking in on the work during the job and left our house just as clean as they found it. The spray foam insulation in our attic is definitely working as our house is now 3-4 degrees cooler than this time last year! Our attic is no longer a scorching 130 degrees at 5 in the afternoon but a tolerable 90, which is a huge help to maintaining a cool temperature in our house.
