Fusion Repairs has consistently delivered excellent service for me. As the owner of two bars, I always feel confident that whenever an appliance breaks down, Fusion Repairs responds promptly and efficiently. While their rates are on the higher side, the quality of their workmanship is consistently top-notch. One area for improvement would be their payment policy; the expectation for immediate payment upon service—even for returning clients—can complicate the experience. A net 7-day payment term would be a more reasonable and client-friendly approach.

The Gold Fusion guys know what they’re doing – did what it took to precisely diagnose the issues with the commercial-style gas wall oven in our apartment (unlike the previous repair service we tried, which was only able to “diagnose” what they were capable of repairing, which would NOT address the actual problem). The Gold Fusion guys came back to complete a flawless repair on several problems, including a gas leak, on the same day they received shipment of the parts required. Well done! The Gold Fusion guys know what they’re doing – did what it took to precisely diagnose the issues with the commercial-style gas wall oven in our apartment (unlike the previous repair service we tried, which was only able to “diagnose” what they were capable of repairing, which would NOT address the actual problem).
