I want to highly recommend Andy and Eric at Fusion Heating & Air. They have been maintaining our units since we bought in VB in 2020. They recently replaced our H&A units and the experience has been well above average. 5 stars definitely. They were more than fair and honest with the pricing, they quoted us in 2023 and could have used today’s economy/tariffs to really gouge us when they requoted us but they did not. Our unit went out on Thursday and they were able to work us in on the following Monday…without any issues. The team that installed the unit, arrived at the time we were told, 8:30, and didn’t not stop till they were finished at 3:30, (no two hour lunch leaving me in a 90 degree house.) Miguel's team even swept my garage cleaner than it’s been in months. Very polite professional gentleman a reflection of the company they work for.

Fusion Heat & Air were wonderful to work with from the initial evaluation, through the quote process, installation and follow up. I love my new system and their 2 year labor warranty is a big reason I chose them from 3 other quotes I had. They offered financing through outside resources making it easy for me to find a term and payment I could afford. In general, I feel like they are family to me now. During the time I worked with them I met Andy (the co-owner, Jason (the estimator), Miguel, Blake, & Darryl (highly skilled and professional technicians). I could not have had a better experience than I had with the Fusion team. Their estimates were fair and explained every thing I would get done while they upgraded me to a complete brand new system. I will always ALWAYS recommend Fusion to everyone in the River Valley. They’re so in depth and willing to answer all the questions you have with no problems. We had to get a new system for our home about a month ago and they handled everything so quickly and efficiently AND came back to do a check for us, just to make sure it was working properly. They're always so personable and friendly. They’re a great company.
