I had a great experience with Melrose furniture store I found several dining table sets online and choose the one I really like. Salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They confirmed that everything I wanted was in stock, and ready to be delivered to me, two days prior my order. The prices are best and on top that off that I got fee for delivery and assembly. I would definitely recommend for your furniture needs.

Recently I moved into my new house which needed to be fully furnished. I was really uncertain about putting that huge order online. Store owner turned out to be a very pleasant guy. He helped me with choosing all the items and answered all my questions over the phone. They delivered and assembled my order in a short period of time. I looked for a upholstered bed with storage everywhere and couldn’t find a place that wasn’t going to charge me $1600 for the bed, delivery, assembly, taxes, and so forth. Came across this place and decided to go by their office location(not a showroom). Just so I could see who I was dealing with face to face and be a little more comfortable spending my money somewhere I hadn’t heard of before. The guy inside who helped me was pretty cool I read the reviews before hand of him being rude but I don’t believe that’s the case he just not a bubbly person but he has no problem having a conversation with you. He asked me to show him the bed, he pulled it up, I paid for it and we set a date for Saturday. The only issue we had was the store is closed on the weekends and so I couldn’t call to verify which Saturday when I didn’t get a call from the driver. Called Monday morning explaining that I thought they were coming that past Saturday and he apologized and had my bed delivered the same day. T

I wanted all new furniture and after visiting several other places in the area I realized "Melrose Discount Furniture" had the best prices and service.I purchased several pieces from them including a recliner sofa and love seat, a dining table, bed frame, and mattress which were all delivered and assembled with no complications.Kevin went as far as calling one of the manufacturers himself to make sure I received the somewhat custom sofa that I wanted.I am extremely pleased with my purchase!

Their customer service is phenomenal as well - one time a chair was damaged while it was being unwrapped and they replaced the chair free of charge. Excellent experience from Lisa. I was coordinating with my daughter for a new bed. Lisa was very patient throughout the process while we decided which one to get. It took several weeks to decide. Only downside is my daughter wanted to see the beds before buying one. I shopped around other stores that buy from e-commerce (online) and found Melrose Discount Furniture to have the best prices on the same beds. (Please note you may find the same beds on another site with different names. Furniture of America said it’s the individual retailer’s choice of name and pricing.) I also checked reviews on the e-commerce beds on sites like Amazon and BB&B. What she ended up getting was perfect in every way!!
