Bought the floor model of a bed frame. Also looked at rugs and the one I wanted didn’t have price tag. The price I was quoted was ridiculous which is why the 4 star review instead of 5. Just purchased a new couch from Louisville Overstock Warehouse. The couch itself seems high quality and we got it at a great discount. This is our first piece of furniture we have purchased from them, so only time will tell how it holds up, but so far we are happy with our purchase. While shopping for the couch, the staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about all of their products. We spoke with different people on each trip to the store, and they never had to go ask someone else or look up information to answer our questions. Made the whole experience quick and easy. We chose to pick up ourselves rather than having it delivered and the warehouse staff was also excellent. I had a really great experience with Louisville Overstock Warehouse. I was originally told it would take about two weeks for the furniture to get to the warehouse and then another week for delivery, so I was expecting around three weeks total. Instead, everything was delivered in just one week, which was an awesome surprise. The delivery team was fantastic. They were very punctual and even showed up a little early. They got everything inside and put together quickly, and the whole process felt smooth and stress free. They were professional and clearly knew what they were doing. Originally looked at Ashley, and the people over there were nice, but found the same dining table and 4 chairs that Ashley was selling for $1449.99 at Louisville Overstock for $740.
