She asked a few questions to help me in my search for the perfect recliner. Stephanie was very knowledgeable, explained the mechanics of the recliner and suggested multiple choices for me to try. We were greeted at the door by Joanie, an attentive but not intrusive agent who quickly guided us to the type of chair we were interested in. After a short time we had narrowed our choice to the chair we wanted and Joanie guided us through the fabric selection process. She then allowed us to take several samples home to determine which would be best with our home. After a few days I took back the samples and ordered the chair with Joanie guiding that transaction and now we wait for several weeks for our chair to be built and delivered.
