Great experience. Judy Murphy in sales did a great job! The delivery men were excellent, even pointed out some damage and report the issue to their supervisor before removing the piece from the truck. Damage did not impede the usage but Doerr called the next day to assure me a replacement was ordered and would be delivered. So happy with the pieces. I’ll update when the replacement arrives. Went here and was somewhat skeptical if I would purchase anything because prices are largely absent from their website. I’m so glad I did. Danielle was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. She took time to listen to my needs while patiently answering all of my questions. I’m definitely going to be back to get more stuff as I finish unpacking. I highly recommend this store, and Danielle. Delivery was a breeze, and the guys who brought my furniture were friendly, nice, and very careful not to damage it or my walls. Make it your first stop when shopping. Read more
Wide selection of high-quality merchandise. Excellent customer service. Professional, friendly, on-time delivery. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. After doing business with several local furniture stores, I have to say I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the New Orleans area for a major furniture purchase. Read more

We have been dealing with Theresa Purcell for many, many years and have never been disappointed.
