I definitely recommend Frontline Carpentry and design. Pedro (Owner) really helped me by taking me step by step with the process, and the ideas we both had, and really put on paper. Also, he added his creativity and literally brought the idea to life. He was Very professional and informative. He presented me a style with white shaker cabinets that me and my wife both fell in love with. Also, since the cabinets were very long he suggested long black handles which definitely complimented the cabinets great! He suggested a wine rack along with my wife personal favorite the spice rack and we love it! The list goes on and on. Pedro has a knack for his profession and it definitely shows. Pete at frontline was great. I’ve know Pete for years and I follow him on IG @ frontlinecarpentryanddesigns , Pete and his teams attention to details is what really made me want to hire them. Pete walked me through the whole process , was always avalible when I called to ask question or when I was at HD picking up something. Always there to answer and give great suggestion. Pete worked on our bathroom. A full gut. We had a leak over 6+ months and we were finally able to get it done. We are extremely happy with the outcome and the process. From first contact all the way through to the final detail, Pedro and Ozzie were the real deal. Pedro responded to my initial project request immediately, as many Thumbtack contractors do. However, Pedro was responsive throughout the entire process (about 3 weeks) while I coordinated the purchase and delivery of my home bar cabinets. Once the cabinets arrived, Pedro and I coordinated a time for the installation. Pedro arrived exactly when he said he would, and worked diligently and tirelessly to put everything together perfectly.The real measure of a quality installer is attention to detail, and the ability to navigate "oddities" that undoubtedly come up in any type of project. Anyone who has had cabinets installed knows that floors are imperfect, walls are commonly warped, and cabinets don't always "fit" together as in the brochures. Frontline:We are very satisfied with Frontline. It is a shame how many contractors get request and do not follow through. We had an immediate response from Pedro and Crystal. Pedro is well invested in his product. He is very hands on, to ensure things get done right. Frontline is also very well equipped. They have a group of specialty contractors, therefore no job is too big or small. Communication is great. From the beginning they created a WhatsApp group to share any info or just for quick updates. I am a stickler for communication. Our group chat allowed all of us to be and feel involved with the whole project. We are already setting up for additional projects in the near future.
