I previously used FotoLab’s services for my professional headshots, but this weekend I had booked a session again for my 30th birthday. When I tell you everythingg went wrong before my appointment time with them, I mean it. A huge disaster with the hair salon before hand, and when I called Fotolab to ask what could be done in terms of rescheduling they went above and beyond to help accommodate me and were soo understanding. I am so grateful for business’ like these where customer service and kindness are still at the forefront of what they do. So appreciative for the FotoLab team working with me and figuring it out even through the chaos! The photo quality couldn’t be better as well! Excited to come back

We did today our photoshoot at the studio and it was amazing. The vibe of the place is really cool and relaxed. The shooter was easy to use and with the 50 min session we even did a change of clothing. The space has a space to do your makeup and plenty of mirrors. We will come back soon!

I ended up going with the upgrade to get all of the digital files and that was absolutely worth it because you’re able to take a TON of pictures in a short amount of time.
