Specialties: We are a mobile supplier of Neapolitan-style pizza, using Italian, locally sourced and organic ingredients. We use a Valoriani wood-fired oven imported from Italy and mounted onto a custom built trailer. Cooking time for a pizza averages about 4 minutes! This summer we will be located next to the Juneau downtown library. Established in 2016. We live in Juneau year-round
