Just before closing for a holiday weekend, the shop was all out of the flowers I ordered. So he called and I said “I just need something to brighten my friends day. She’s going through a hard time.” He said he understood and told me a bit about the hard times he was going through. My friend received her flowers and LOVED THEM! My friend ordered the most beautiful funeral flower spray for my grandmas funeral from Charlie. I later ordered more flowers from him and they were easily one of the prettiest flower displays I’ve seen. I had to change my order after a change in plans when the flowers had already been ordered and he was able to work with me to figure out what I needed. It was exactly what I wanted.
