I recently had a dental appointment at Lakeshore Dental Studio of Chicago and The staff were courteous and professional, and the office environment was clean and well-maintained. While the quality of care was excellent, the wait time was longer than expected. Improving appointment flow or providing updates during delays could enhance the overall patient experience. I appreciate the professionalism of the dental team and would still recommend this office based on the care provided. Nancy and Michelle Great Job!

My experience was amazing. From the moment I walked through the door the staff greeted me by name. Maria, the dental assistant took me back and explained what she was going to do to prepare me for the exam. She was very thorough. Of coarse, Dr. Hagan was very thorough and was able to explain some future treatments that I would definitely benefit from. He is one of the best if not the best dentist I have seen. I would recommend anyone that shys away from dentist to visit this practice. You can thank me later.
