This gym is absolutely phenomenal!!! I’ve been to this gym 3 times now and was blown away at the incredible variety of equipment. He has a combination of all the best pieces from all across time, new and old. And it’s unreal how good of condition they all are in, how great they feel/function, and how clean they are. The whole gym is clean, well-lit, and modern with a classic era, yet energetic vibe. Nothing like it in Louisville. Especially with this much classic and well maintained working equipment. When I first saw pictures online I thought it could be too tight to move around with all the equipment, but in person it works just fine, plenty of room to move around. I am no body builder by any means but I feel like this is by far the best gym in Louisville, and the owners seem great. I experience feeling harassed by other people at other gyms but these people literally work on themselves, but remain available if you need anything, I feel so welcome even though everyone is way out of my league fitness wise, they have so much to offer in training that your crazy if you don't at least try it. I absolutely love this gym! It’s a private space full of thoughtfully chosen equipment nothing super traditional, but everything is intuitive and easy to use. If you’re ever unsure about anything, there’s always someone willing to help, whether it’s an employee or another member. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and professional. The music they play is top-tier the playlists are always on point but it’s not so loud that you can’t comfortably use your own headphones if you want. The lighting is fantastic too. People regularly film their workouts here, so it never feels awkward to set up your camera or tripod. The in-person community is genuinely amazing, and the online community is just as strong.
