The only drawback was minor, the amount of time I ended up waiting for them to complete the alignment. Other than that I would recommend taking your car care needs to Firestone. Just came in because a tire blew on my way to work. I was late for work, which I never told the people there, but I was in uniform. One of the employees was kind enough to take the tire back immediately and get a new one on the rim, which I really appreciated. I don't remember the name of the employee, but I wanted to leave a review to say thank you. The price was fair, service was fast, overall a good experience, which was nice after a rough start to the day.

Completely Satisfied with the Quality of work performed by this location. Impeccable work. My only reason for giving a lower overall score relates to the appointment timing. We scheduled a 3:00 p.m. appointment, and Sundays are especially full and active days for us. We were told the service would take approximately one hour to complete. Based on that estimate, we stepped away, took a walk, grabbed a bite to eat, and returned after about an hour only to find that the vehicle had not yet been brought into the bay and the work was completed closer to 6:00 p.m. I completely understand that service schedules can shift and unexpected delays happen. However, in the interest of being more intentional and respectful of customers’ time, I would suggest that Firestone provide more transparent time estimates. If the realistic timeframe for service is four to five hours, it would be helpful to communicate that upfront and encourage customers to drop their vehicles off and wait for a completion

Outstanding Service at Firestone on Broad Street I had my 2007 Toyota Tundra serviced at Firestone Complete Auto Care on December 30, 2025, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The service included a tire rotation, balance, wheel alignment, and TPMS correction, and the results were immediately noticeable. After the work was completed, my truck rode exceptionally smooth, tracked straight, and felt better than it had in a long time. A special thank-you to Joe (Manager--the best) and Rodney (Technician), Josh (Technician), and Ray (Technician) along with the rest of the team, who ensured my truck was top-notch before it left the shop. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. If you’re looking for dependable, high-quality service from people who truly care about their work, I highly recommend Firestone on Broad Street. I’ll definitely be back.

I called Firestone that morning at 9 o'clock. And the service provider told me he could get me in by one o'clock about an hour later.He called me back and said, can you be here as soon as possible, I told him, yes brought my car down.They did an excellent job very fast service and a perfect wheel Alignment. I was actually on my way to Toyota, but when I called them for my appointment, they told me I had to wait a week and a half to get the car in and I wasn't willing to wait that long because I had to go out of town to New Jersey that following Friday December 6 because I Had to attend my cousin's funeral. Because of how fast they did my service, I will make this firestone my number one place for the rest of my car's life. Thank you firestone for getting my car aligned back to the proper specs.
