Everything was great from the online process to The representative Betty calling me and setting up the appointment, and adding coupons, That I didn’t know about until I got two Firestone. Everything was pretty cool. The only complaint is I had a 10 o’clock appointment and it took an hour, but life is life and that’s fine. Services Oil change

I went in for an alignment and ended up having to repair the Hub Assembly on my vehicle, I'm glad they found the problem and provided me with the information about getting it repaired the same day! Wendell assisted me and was very helpful and ensured me my vehicle was in good hands 🙌 👌 great customer service , friendly and very knowledgeable about his job as well. Will definitely recommend Firestone for their hospitality and work! Services Steering & suspension repair, General repairs, Wheel alignment
