Fey & Co is a great company to work with for all your jewelry needs. Being a small local family owned business is merely a plus. I am glad that they aren't located in the hustle and bustle of downtown and have a parking lot to visit. After visiting shops in both Chicago and New York, I could not have been happier to have them. I was able to choose and customize an engagement ring, and they were able to work with my timeline that was faster than their normal time frame. I was so impressed with their work and service and used them for my actual wedding rings as well some accessory gifts. Like so many others are saying here, my (now) fiance and I had a fantastic experience working with Marissa. She listened to our ideas, drew a sketch that matched what we wanted, then sent me a CAD rendering, and eventually delivered me a stunning, completely original ring that actually exceeded our expectations. It actually looks more expensive than it was, and she constantly gets comments on it from complete strangers. So yes, I couldn't be happier with this place, especially Marissa.
