Our AC/Heat wouldn't turn on. I went through all the obvious things to check and they were good. Called Ferran as I've used them before and was pleased with their service. They sent out Erik Benitez and I'm so glad they did! He quickly identified some problems and he provided me with options and the cost of each. He answered all my questions clearly. It's all about trust in my book and I trust Ferran. I'd recommend this group to my friends in a heartbeat. Side note, my neighbor went with a different company to replace their entire AC system and it was a disaster. During the last day that Erik was finishing at our house, my neighbor had this other AC company at his house for the 5th time to replace a large amount of their new AC which wasn't installed properly. I'll always recommend Ferran and if I ever have issues in the future I'm calling Ferran

David Bordelon wowed me! Big time. Ferran was the 5th HVAC company to visit our home, and David was the 5th salesperson. He is far and away superior to anyone else. His demeanor, presentation, professionalism, and knowledge had me sign the contract on the spot, in our garage, next to the original 33-year old Carrier unit Ferran replaced. Then there's the install crew on October 3, 2025. OMGosh! We got lucky and had two crews here for whatever scheduling reason. Pedro, Frank, Omar, Jose, and brand new Ferran employee Christian. It felt like we had ht the Ferran lottery. Office staff: Kristen, and a few others i can't recall. Everyone was everything i hoped for in starting our new long-term relationship with you (Ferran). So grateful for all of it.

Everyone I have dealt with from this company have been outstanding to deal with. Kemper Burnett my new heat pump system sales person was very professional and knowledgeable. The installation team did a terrific job. The office staff is always very efficient and a pleasure to contact. I'm 80 and have dealt with multiple contractors over the years. Ferran always delivers amazing quality service! That’s why I have continued to use them for all my electrical needs. Darien was the technician who came to my home and was very thorough with the installation of my two new Hunter ceiling fans with overhead lights and my new motion sensor light above my garage. While up in my attic to run a new wire for a new switch in the garage, he discovered a hazardous situation with an electrical wire and removed it entirely. Thank you Darien! Everything is working perfectly and I hope to have you return to my home for my next electrical project.

Used Ferran to have a hybrid water heater installed before the expiration of the home improvement credit. Wesley installed the unit expertly, making sure to detail the capabilities of the unit and how to take full advantage of the new technologies the unit offers. He does very good work and Ferran offers very competitive prices for their services. Certainly have only good things to say since the Rheem unit has been working like a charm since the November install. I would definitely recommend Ferran to anyone looking to have some quality plumbing, or HVAC work done to their home.
