No joke, he was the first and only person I called while planning a dinner for 13 people — many of them total foodies.His passion and creativity for elevating dining experiences was apparent immediately. He provided sample dish ideas, constantly iterated with me on the menu, and was flexible right up until the last minute — making some last minute tweaks to provide the freshest seasonal ingredients around.When he and Laura finally showed up for the big day, we were treated to six courses of incredible cuisine. They paced everything absolutely perfectly, explaining the nuances of each dish along the way. We had an absolutely exceptional experience welcoming Adam into our home to cook for us. We hosted a last minute dinner party for 9 people. Adam's communication was amazing from the very beginning. He accommodated all our our requests and sent multiple amazing menu options. He was flexible in helping us craft the experience we were looking for. I honestly don’t have enough words to express how incredible our private chef experience with Adam was!!I hired him to cook in our rental home for 14 guests, and him and his sous chef exceeded all of our expectations!He was incredibly responsive during planning, and whipped together sample menus so fast.. making it difficult to decide between all of his incredible offerings!Everything he prepared tasted like a 5-star restaurant, and had ingredients sourced from local farms and small businesses. He even set the table for us, laid out a gorgeous flower runner, and cleaned up everything afterwards!Hiring him was the best choice I could’ve made, and I look forward to hiring him again and again in the future!

Adam and Laura came to our rental property in NH for a birthday gathering and absolutely knocked our socks off. We enjoyed platter after platter of cheeses, meats, sauces, little bites, and combinations that blew our minds. They took care of every detail and served separate meals for the adults in the dining room and kids in the den. We enjoyed each dish presented and layered artfully. The kids raved about their simplified versions with kid-friendly variations. The group's food allergies were not a problem at all.When we stumbled out, full up to our ears, the kitchen was clean, Adam had a dessert course, and several little epicurean gifts. It’s like having a Michelin star restaurant in the comfort of your own kitchen. Adam and Laura served a 7-course birthday meal to 10 adults in our rental house, and we could not have been more blown away. The flavor profiles were complex and varied, keeping us oohing and ahhing throughout. We couldn’t turn anything down, so we all felt that we needed to be rolled away from the table by the end. Adam and his team prepared an amazing feast for a 40th birthday celebration for 17 people. They did all the heavy lifting including all clean up, leaving the house as if they were never there!We started the evening with a phenomenal Mediterranean spread that everyone loved. The bread, dips and lamb meatballs were by far the highlight. It was a perfect start to a phenomenal meal.The main event was a family style feast of short ribs, fish and pork loin. This was served with the best Caesar salad of my life, root vegetables and amazing broccolini on a labneh spread. Everything single thing was amazing with my favorite dish definitely being the amazing short rib.Adam and his team were incredibly easy to work with and I will definitely use them again!

Adam and his staff were incredible as a personal chef and I highly recommend them! Adam was a delight to work with from our very first conversation. We put together a 4 course menu for a small birthday gathering, and every bite was exceptional. Adam presented each course to the group, was very knowledgeable about techniques and ingredients, and thoroughly cleaned when the meal was complete. There were leftovers for days and we were completely stuffed! We will absolutely be working with him again.

We hired chef Adam for a 11 ppl gathering for my birthday. Communication with Adam was smooth for coming up with a 5-course tasting menu. On the day, he brought two assistants and set up everything with a modern vibe that we requested. The food was made with high quality ingredients: scallop, wagyu, lobster, duck .... Adam came to explain every dish. We kept getting impressed from the start to finish. They did a thorough cleaning before leaving and also packed many food in leftover boxes. We love this experience working with him! Will definitely work with him again in the future!

Adam did an absolutely amazing job cooking for our family. Every meal was thoughtful, flavorful, and clearly made with very high quality ingredients. One of the highlights was the pasta, which he finished with fresh shaved truffle right before serving. Unreal.You could really taste how fresh everything was, from the seafood to the vegetables, and nothing felt rushed or overdone. It felt like resturant level food but in a relaxed, personal setting.Adam was great to work with, super professional but also easygoing. We’re still talking about the meals and would highly reccomend him to anyone looking for a private chef who really cares about what he’s putting on the table.
