About Feagin's Fretboard
Feagin’s Fretboard is an independently owned and operated music school located in the heart of the Civano neighborhood of Southeast Tucson. Since 2017, they provided a safe, welcoming, nonjudgmental learning community for Tucson's emerging musicians. They provide kids and adults with private lessons on guitar, bass, piano, drums, voice, violin, viola, ukulele, and audio recording. Students can participate in recitals, concerts, and rock camps. In their Rock Band program, they build kid and adult bands, host weekly practices, book gigs, and organize concerts. Band members are free to play, write, and record music of their choosing, alongside an instructor who is prepared to give them as much - or as little - guidance as they’d like.

Both of my boys have been taking lessons (keyboard for one and guitar for the other) here and love the instructors! The camp has been a highlight also during school breaks and lots of fun. Whether lessons are in person or online we've had great experiences with both!

I feel like the teachers are pretty good. I wish there was a bit more stability in staff. It's not the least expensive choice, but it's convenient and like I said, everyone is friendly and my kids are learning and improving. Been going here for over a year.
