Very positive experience for my first tattoo! Scotty took very good care of me by drawing my own custom design, taking the time to explain the process, and then thoroughly explaining the after care. He did a great job choosing colors and highlighting and shadowing the design. I waited 46 years for this and am very happy I chose Aurora Gallery and Tattoo for my first tat! 10/10 recommend Scotty’s gotta light hand and he moves quick didn’t have to go back over a single line. Ratio was expected to take 2 1/2 - 3 hours I was only in the chair for 30 minutes and the turtle I got covers my entire left forearm! Tattoo also healed in 3 days which normally takes 5-6 days. Very pleased with the outcome and process of the work. Will be seeing Scotty next time he’s in town or if I get the time I’ll go down to anchorage from Fairbanks just for a tattoo lol.
