Tim is an absolute gem and easily the best computer repair person I've ever had the pleasure of hiring. Not only did he do incredible work on my PC but he also was insanely fast, getting it back to me the next day. And the best part was he was reasonable about the price of his work. Tim is the man!!! He took my small and dumb issue of not properly seating my new ram and he not only solved it in seconds but he did not make me feel bad about my mistake. It's also clear he knew what he was both doing and talking about and even gave me some extra tips and recommendations for my PC. Would definitely recommend.

If you’re looking for upgrades or repairs for your PC, do yourself a favor and go see Tim. I tried to handle the repairs myself, but ended up making things worse. I’m the type of person who prefers to fix things on my own, figuring that if I break it, I’ll only have myself to blame. But when I tried upgrading my GPU, I ended up seriously messing up my PC. I swapped out my old one for a 7900XT I had just bought, but the SATA cables were in the way. I figured I could force it in, and, well, I did get it to click into place—but then my PC wouldn’t even boot. I spent hours trying to troubleshoot, but nothing worked. With a new CPU on the way, I realized it was time to ask for help. I called Tim first to check his pricing for upgrades and repairs, and after hearing how reasonable his rates were, I decided to bring my PC in. As soon as Tim opened it up, he immediately spotted multiple mistakes I’d made with previous upgrades. My ego definitely took a hit, but I knew my PC was in good hands

Tim is great! Super knowledgeable and really works with you. He did a motherboard replacement on a gaming laptop we have and it turned out great. I usually work on my own computers but I wasn't comfortable or knowledgeable enough to handle this. Tim definitely is and explained everything and was great to work with.
