The fruit tarts and cakes are so pretty and well decorated! We got a lemon dessert cake thing (sorry I didn’t catch the name) it was… very rich, the icing was a bit too sweet and dense for me. The bread we got is like a sweet roll, I was anticipating something super light and fluffy like a Japanese bread, but it wasn’t. It tasted fine, but wasn’t what I was hoping for. The egg tarts and pastry tarts were all very good! They have different flavors such as orange, almond, plain and then egg tarts and fruit tarts. My favorite was the fruit tart.Food: 4/5 | Service: 4/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishesParking spaceDifficult to find parkingParking optionsFree street parkingParkingGood luck finding parking! Most people just double parked in the area and just had the four ways lights blinking, it was a mad house! We went in the evening on a weekend, not sure about other days or times.

This bakery is my daily go-to spot for breakfast. It’s a treasure trove of everything you could ever need, from cakes to drinks and salads. I absolutely adore the ambiance and the organized staff. The only minor concern I had was the freshness of the food. This could be cultural, as in my home country, we expect everything to be freshly baked and served immediately. Apart from that, everything else is nearly perfect.Food: 4/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5

Popular Portuguese Bakery in the neighbourhood. Tried the local favourites and love the crunch. Though it would have been better if the pastry was warmer (personal preference)Food: 4/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5Wait timeNo wait

If you're looking for authentic Portuguese egg tarts, this is the real deal. The crust is perfectly flaky with a buttery crunch, and the custard filling is rich and just the right amount of sweet. They come out warm and fresh and even after it being in the to-go box for a bit, they're still crispy and steaming with flavor.Definitely worth the trip. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere is nice. They also have other treats but I haven't had the chance to try them yet.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5Wait timeNo wait

excellent all around. This is a local spot that cannot go wrong. The food and drinks are delicious and made in-house & affordable. I tried their chicken empanadas and fries. They’re both really great ! If there was one comment - I would ask that they have more hot sauces to dip foods. I’m definitely coming back to try their bakery items.

I have been going to Teixeira’s for decades with my family and it never disappoints. genuinely one of the best (if not the best) bakeries in the area. since they’ve expanded there is always seating, even during the busier times.i love everything here, from the soups to the pastries, the coffee, even the toast is excellent. i strongly recommend to anyone who is curious and hungryFood: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5Noise levelLoud, but you can still talkGroup sizeSuitable for all group sizesParking optionsPaid street parkingWheelchair accessibilityautomatic button on the entrance doors. spacious enough for wheelchair access, but since it gets busy, it might get a little crowded during rush times. otherwise the tables are comfortably low and accessible. no booth seating, so chairs can easily be moved around for comfort. single handicap restroom with rails and a door.
