After 2 repairs ( one was an entire rebuild ) I must say this shop and Bob are the real deal !! The bike he rebuilt now rides better than it did when it was new. Excellent service and turn around.This is a true Mom and Pop ( meet his lovely wife ) and I was honestly treated like family.

I'm really happy I had my bike adjusted by Bob.I've heard of Bob's Bikes from a friend of mine with a positive experience.I had purchased a bike from Amazon recently and put it together myself, but I felt that it would be safer to have an expert inspect it and adjust it before going on the road with it.So, I dropped the bike at Bob's in Kenilworth.Best thing I did.Bob is a very friendly person who loves what he does.He put me at ease with my limited bike experience and I left it there for him to adjust. If I could leave 10 stars I would! I'm new to biking so I bought a used bike and unfortunately the whole braking system needed replacing! I took it to another shop in the area and they wanted to charge me 3x what Bob did. Bob is so kind, honest, and knowledgeable! Very communicative and had my bike ready ASAP! Bob's very nice, and the prices are very affordable. If you have any questions you can just call or text him, and he's very polite. Make sure to contact him before visiting the shop, because he's the only one that works there. On top of all this, he even gave me a free shirt after I got back my bike. In summary, a great affordable bike shop that I would recommend to anyone.

Very friendly and knowledgeable bicycle shop owner.My wife's pedal was broken, kickstand fell apart, and tires kept losing air. He took my wife's bike for a few days to see if the tire tube inside needed to be changed (turns out they were fine just need to pump up every few weeks). He changed her pedals and fixed her kickstand for a very reasonable price.Thank you ! Highly recommended

Bob offers the best, most professional, honest and affordable service. I brought a 30yr old, Raleigh hybrid to him for a tune up (first one ever!) and assumed I needed to have my "broken" gears replaced. The second Bob saw the gears, he assured me that they were merely "stuck" and he would just clean the springs--no need for new ones. That alone saved me money. But more than anything, he values safety and his greatest attribute is integrity. His invoice was detailed, the total cost was at least $50 less than I had expected, he explained everything he did to the bike and why and made me test ride it so he could make a few seat adjustments and be sure I was comfortable. I cant remember the last time my bike felt this good. I'm so happy I found you, Bob! Thank you for everything and for treating me like family!

I just like to share an amazing experience I had with Bob. I reached out to Bob yesterday morning to assemble my bike via pick and drop off. Bob told me there would be no issue and have it back by Saturday. I was expecting a call or text on Saturday, however Bob called me the next morning after he picked it up saying the bike was ready. I was beyond excited to get my bike back and 3 days earlier than expected. Bob also installed a much needed kickstand and a water bottle holder. I have to say in all my years I've never had this kind of service and quality at such an incredible price. Bob is really a great bike repair guy. A really nice guy and honest also. I was tired of getting ripped off by some of the local bike shops and some of them really don’t put care into their work. They just pump ‘em out. Bob is the opposite. I can tell he puts so much into his work.He did a tune up, brakes, and even rebuilt the rear hub for a great price. He thought I may need a rear gear sprocket, but said I could still get milage out of this one.The bike rides better than new. It’s a vintage Trek 6000 that I did some modifications on, to make it a more comfortable hybrid. Love this bike and I’m glad I found out about Bob, through friend.
