Excellent experience overall. The store had a great selection of frames in many price ranges. Tara provided professional and friendly service, and multiple pairs of glasses were completed quickly and correctly. I’ve never been so pleased with a vision service or product! It made me more than glad to travel 150 miles from home for the improvement over my home town experiences.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to write a review. The reviews helped me quickly make a decision to stop by Eyemart Express (Abbott location). I didn't have an appointment and it was a weekend. I was greeted immediately, given time to check out frames, and then had my order placed and was out the door in about 30 minutes. Probably would have been less but I was a first time customer so getting an account set-up and the insurance on file took a little bit. Other people were coming and going pretty quickly too from what I saw and getting advice on frames, cost savings, options, etc. My glasses were ready 18 minutes later (2 pairs). I had them tinted and it was a perfect match to my sports glasses. Great experience from start to finish.

My sales person was more than great. She had to deal with an old man like me. I live in Techno Poverty most of the time. As well as deal with the less than competent people at my eye doctor . She thought of things that I should have thought about. Eye Mart Express lived up to there name. I got my new glasses ( 4 pair) lickity-split. And the price was excellent. I talked to a couple about getting new glasses. They very surprised that such a place even existed. The service ,front counter, and the folks making the glasses. And the price. I needed 4 pair because I am prone to misplacing them. I hope 4 is enough !!
