Honestly it’s tough to explain in words how amazing the entire team is at Eyeclectic, but I can try. It starts with how they manage appointment communication via text—simple, fast, helpful and responsive. The front desk is super helpful at check in, no matter how busy the office is…and they stay busy! From there, PA’s are spectacular, very patient and thorough during eye exams. The doctors are absolutely AMAZING and the retail team is spectacular…such a great experience these past few years, I just wish all my healthcare providers provided this kind of care!!

I think this has to be the best optometrist in Atlanta. I cannot recommend them enough. I had an emergency appointment for my 9 year old and they were able to squeeze us in last minute during the holidays. The office was organized and clean and every staff was friendly and acknowledged us. The atmosphere was calm and sophisticated. My child tends to be nervous around such spaces but Izzy worked her magic and made him feel safe and technical exam somehow became a fun adventure. She was fantastic. His doctor Dr Knouff was outstanding. Not only did she conduct a thorough examination but, also educated us on early prevention tha will help our child’s vision improve. Lastly, I cannot thank David Martin enough for being such an impeccable optician. David understood that our kid was into sports and wanted to find the best frames to fit his lifestyle. I will NEVER stop singing the praises of this practice. As a patient with SEVERE myopia and dry eyes, often at the eye doctor I have been a bit of a complicated patient. In the 27 years I have been going to the eye doctor (since age 2) I have never experienced such professionalism and care. Dr. Knouff introduced me to scleral lenses for the first time after a few visits, and they literally changed my life. She also helped me to get established with a retina specialist since I'm an at-risk patient. Since then, I have been seeing Dr. Patel who is also so knowledgeable, caring, and sensitive to my needs and issues. The staff here is also amazing. I've even been nauseous at an appointment and the kind staff got me a snack to help with the discomfort. Eyecletic Vision Source literally changed my quality of life. I trust these doctors and their staff wholeheartedly and I'm forever grateful.
