I was doing a rehab and found out my roof was leaking. Originally the roof was not in the budget since it looked good but we found out there was a small leak. I called Nick and he was able to come out the next day to check it out. The roof was in bad shape and already had a patch with 2 roofs on it. Nick was honest and recommended that we should remove the two roofs and put a new roof on and explained his reason why on doing it with this approach. Nick was able to give me a fair price with a date that worked for me. He confirm that he would email the details which he did that night and made sure everything was written in the contract. Nick made sure the material got there the day before and placed them in a secure location. When he started the work he replaced some wood that was not in the quote at no extra cost and removed some construction trash at a fair price. His guys forgot some trash and he quickly came back to grab it within the next couple of days. Thanks for doing a great j

Nick and his team did a total roof for me at my NE Philly Duplex on short notice and had to also remove several inches of snow from the roof. He did a great job on both the flat roof and shingles and gave me a great price. His team cleaned up everything like they were never there. I would absolutely recommend Expert for your roofing job.
